About Kevin Jordan, CFT-I™

The best advice I’ve ever received was when I wanted to play football my Freshman year of High School, but my dad told me to run Cross Country instead. I avoided many broken bones and found a life-long passion. It ultimately taught me how to discern what God is calling me to do in life.

My bucket list item is to be a contestant on Jeopardy. Local trivia nights are fun, but I really want to make it to the Big Dance.

My hidden talents are solving a Rubik’s cube and juggling (but not at the same time)

The last books I really liked were Talking to Strangers by Malcolm Gladwell and All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr

Defining moment in my Faith: In 2016, Olivia and I chaperoned a small group of students to World Youth Day in Krakow, Poland. This pilgrimage culminated in a Mass presided by Pope Francis in the middle of the biggest field I’ve ever seen. 2 Million young people from all around the world (some speaking Polish, some speaking English or Italian or languages I didn’t recognize) were simultaneously connected in the Sacrament of Holy Communion.

I believe that we can help people experience joy in every station of their lives.

For our clients, money is not the end goal. Money is a tool to accomplish their dreams. God can do wondrous things in our lives when we invite Him in.

In May 2021, I became the first Certified Financial Therapist-I™ Practitioner in the state of Florida.

In August 2021, I began pursuing a Master’s Degree in Personal Financial Planning at Kansas State University. Upon completion of this program, I will be eligible to take the CFP ® certification examination.
